Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and winph reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected, and winph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. winph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the server-side record, the server-side record shall be considered definitive. winph reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical error, system fault, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome being displayed. winph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical faults beyond our reasonable control. winph's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits winph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Players are responsible for ensuring their own devices and internet connections are secure and suitable for accessing the platform.
